A deposit of $200 is necessary to hold a puppy. The balance must be paid before the puppy leaves Seller’s premises. Once a puppy/dog is chosen, deposit is non-refundable but applies to purchase price.

Seller guaranties the puppy to be healthy at the time of sell. All puppies have been vet checked and given appropriate vaccinations before leaving Seller’s premises. There is a 72 hour health guarantee from the time of shipment or pick up. During this time, Buyer must have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian. If the puppy is found in poor health by a licensed veterinarian, Buyer may elect to keep the puppy, return the puppy for a replacement on availability, or return the puppy for a refund. If Buyer decides to keep the puppy, they assume all costs for its care. If the puppy is to be returned, Buyer must do so within 7 days from purchase at Buyer’s expense. A written statement from the veterinarian must be provided to Seller as the health reasons necessitating the return. Seller will not be responsible for any vet costs incurred by the Buyer.

All puppies are sold as pet quality. This does not mean your puppy is not show/breed quality, it’s just not guaranteed to be.

Any legal issues concerning the puppy will resolve in Madison Co. Alabama.
